Born and raised in East Germany, Luise Zücker explores various boundaries with her work. Her cross-discipline cooperations feature a diverse variety of wearable body sculptures as well as fashion, costume and accessory pieces. Her work has been featured in numerous print publications around the world such as Tush Magazine, Harper‘s Bazaar, Purple Fashion Magazine, Blond Magazine and it also appeared in film productions like Zoolander 2 and was exhibited at the Deichtorhallen in Hamburg. „The ANTENNA GLITCH headpiece is inspired by your inner world connecting to the outside. Sometimes it’s hard to tell apart your own emotions from the ones surrounding you. Feel and disclose what’s right and helpful to protect yourself from what’s hurting you. The piece symbolizes feelers, a kind of sensitive detectors, expanding your body. It’s armour and communication at the same time. The piece is made of hand brushed, laser cut brass, molded and draped into a filtering face sculpture.“ (Luise Zücker)
