Wie-yi T. Lauw - born 1983 in Vienna, lives and works in Berlin. Her works are poetic testimonies of a personal yet universal preoccupation with existential themes of cultural heritage and identity in the age of the global and digital. She works with a variety of media and materials including: Photography, Installation, Textile, Ceramics and Glass. Currently, her solo exhibition "Dark Mating" is running at the Weltmuseum Vienna. In 2022 she is part of the group exhibition "Redraw Tragedy" at Künstlerforum Bonn.
