Ihr Thema ist der Raum und wie wir ihn wahrnehmen. Raum ist für Borges nicht leer, sondern in Anlehnung an die Entdeckung der Relativitätstheorie eine Art Stoff, der sich faltet, bewegt und in Schichtungen unsere wahrnehmbare Wirklichkeit umgibt. In ihren Wandobjekten, Papiercollagen, Installationen und Malerei verwendet sie halbtransparente Membranen, Zeichen und starke Farbakzente, die eine körperhafte Autonomie entwickeln und den Status Quo ihrer Konstruiertheit hinterfragen.
